01 Who we are

This website belongs to qlture, which offers culture as a service programs. For anything about your data, including reaching our data protection officer, write to [email protected].

02 What we collect

Only what you send through the contact form: name, company, work email, role, company size, topics of interest and your message. We also record the language of the page the contact came from.

03 Why we use it

To reply to you and discuss a possible program. We do not sell or share your data for third-party marketing.

04 Legal basis

Under Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD), we process data to handle your request and pre-contractual steps (art. 7, V) and on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (art. 7, IX).

05 Who we share it with

The form is processed by Netlify, the website host, acting as processor. Data may be stored on servers outside Brazil, with the safeguards required by law.

06 Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we start using Google Analytics, it will only be turned on with your consent through a cookie notice, and this policy will be updated first.

07 How long we keep it

We keep data while the conversation lasts and then for as long as needed to meet legal obligations, or until you ask us to delete it.

08 Your rights

You can request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, among the other rights in article 18 of the LGPD. Just write to the email above.
