About qlture Culture shows in small decisions.

The values poster hangs in the lobby. Culture shows up in the Monday meeting, when someone makes the usual joke and nobody knows whether to laugh or cut in.

qlture is a Brazilian company that plans, produces and runs culture as a service programs for security awareness, compliance, data privacy, harassment prevention and psychosocial risks.

Most companies have good policies. The hard part is getting them to show up in the second someone decides whether to pay the invoice, open the attachment or tell HR what they saw at the company party.

qlture works on that second. We write each rule as a scene where someone has to decide, and come back with new scenes every cycle.

What we sell is the program up and running, with our own team operating it and measuring every cycle.

Who does it

Security, behavior and game design at the same table.

Every program brings together people from fields that rarely work side by side. That mix is what lets culture run as an ongoing service instead of a one-off event.

What guides us.

  1. 01

Nobody learns to decide from a slide

Missions put people in the decision seat, with the time pressure they would really have.

  2. 02

    The situations are yours

They come from your policies, your systems and your daily work.

  3. 03

    Cycle after cycle

One event a year cannot do it. The program is organized in cycles, and each one starts from what the last one showed.

  4. 04

    People spread culture

Champions in each team keep the conversation going after the campaign ends.

  5. 05

    We measure choices

Participation matters, but what shows change is the decisions people make and how they shift from one cycle to the next.

  6. 06

Getting it wrong exposes no one

A mistake in a mission stays between the person and the game. It is the cheap way to learn.

The definition we use

Culture as a service is an ongoing model in which a specialist partner plans, produces content for, operates and measures programs that turn company policies into everyday behavior. It uses games, missions, team competitions and internal champions, with the platform included, across topics such as information security, compliance, privacy, respect and workplace mental health.

How we write

  1. 01Every figure has a source, linked whenever a public version exists.
  2. 02Every article shows when it was published and, if it changes, when it was updated.
  3. 03Texts about laws cite the article and who the rule applies to. They explain; they are not legal advice.
  4. 04Found a mistake? Write to the email below. We fix it and record the date of the correction.

Where we are

We operate from Brazil, with programs in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
